The C3river Story
C3river was born from a simple conviction: Faith@Work changes everything.
When people can bring their faith to work, they live better, become better employees, build deeper relationships, and bless those around them. Companies become healthier, more innovative, and more productive.
One life can create a ripple.
Together, those ripples can become waves—transforming workplaces, communities, and nations.
We've Seen It Happen
God has assembled an incredible team of workplace faith leaders from organizations including American Airlines, PayPal, Zurich Insurance, Coca-Cola Consolidated, Intel, eBay, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Several of these leaders and their companies have been recognized as global leaders in Faith@Work.
We've experienced firsthand the powerful win-win of faith in the workplace:

But There's a Problem
Most Jesus followers at work are disconnected.
They hide their faith. They leave an important part of themselves at the door. And they miss the abundant life Jesus promised in John 10:10.

C3river brings together the people, workplace groups, ministries, and resources that already exist, but are too often isolated from one another.
There are hundreds of Faith@Work groups and ministries doing amazing things. But most aren't connected. And most Jesus followers don't have a community at work where they can grow, encourage one another, and live out their faith.
We believe connection can change that.

C3river is creating one river of connection where Jesus followers can grow individually and together, encourage one another, find community, share resources, and bring God's love into the workplace. Not for profit, but for member transformation, the LIFE giving water of connection with each other and with God!
When people thrive, companies thrive.
When companies are transformed, communities are transformed.
When communities are transformed, nations change.
Importantly, connection helps fulfill Jesus' prayer in John 17—that His people would be one.
